By renewing, you keep your place on your doctor's limited register and continue to receive the same quality of premium care you are used to.

When and how to renew

The COMFORT program is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. We will remind you in good time before it expires, so you have plenty of time to decide and your care can continue without interruption.

What happens if I do not renew my COMFORT program?
We will always get in touch in good time before your program expires with the option to renew. If you decide not to continue, we will offer your doctor's capacity to other clients who express an interest in the program.

Can I renew my COMFORT program after a gap?
In some cases, yes. It depends on your doctor's current availability. If the register is full, renewal after a gap may not be possible. We recommend renewing in good time so your care can continue without interruption.

Will I keep the same doctor when I renew?
Yes, of course. Renewing your COMFORT program keeps your place on your doctor's register and maintains the continuity of care you have built up.
